FOR SUPERMARKETS, MINI MARKETS AND STORE CHAINS

Every till, every store, one place.

Scan, weigh and issue the receipt at the till. Set prices and promotions, receive goods and count stock from the back office. If a store loses its internet connection, the till keeps selling.

  • Barcodes and scales
  • VAT 6 / 13 / 24%
  • Receipts to AADE
  • Works offline
  • Greek and English
Example receipt: four items, VAT shown per rate, sent to AADE through your provider.

ONE PRODUCT, FOUR PEOPLE

Everyone in the store sees what they need.

The cashier, the store manager, the buyer and the owner each get their own screen, and each sees only their own stores.

  1. 01

    Cashier

A fast checkout on a tablet or phone: scan, weigh, take payment, print.

  2. 02

    Store manager

Receiving, stock counts, transfers and a clear view of the day, shift by shift.

  3. 03

    Buyer

Prices, promotions, suppliers and orders for every store from one catalogue.

  4. 04

    Owner

Sales, fiscal status and who changed what, across all stores.

AT THE TILL

A checkout that does not slow the queue.

Built for the touchscreen and for the barcode scanner. The same price is calculated at the till and on the server, so a receipt never disagrees with the back office.

  • Barcodes and scale labels

Several barcodes per product. Scale labels carry the weight or the price inside the code, and the till reads them correctly. Unknown or blocked items are refused with a clear message.

  • Receipts and credit notes to AADE

VAT at 6, 13 and 24%, sent through your e-invoicing provider (Simply first). A document number is never used twice, even when the provider answers late.

  • Card payments you can trust

The payment is recorded before the terminal starts. If the terminal does not answer, the till does not guess: it waits for a supervisor instead of charging again or switching to cash.

  • Supervisor approval

Refunds, voids after payment and price changes above policy ask for a supervisor PIN and a reason. Every approval is logged.

A sale is not just “done”.

Payment, receipt, printing and accounting are tracked separately. A sale is complete when the payment is confirmed and the receipt is issued; a slow printer never blocks the next customer.

  • Payment CONFIRMED
  • Fiscal receipt ISSUED
  • Printing PRINTING
  • Accounting QUEUED
Example of one sale at the moment the receipt prints.

BACK OFFICE

Prices, promotions and stock, for every store.

Set things up once at head office. Each store gets the part that belongs to it.

  • 01

    Price lists per store

Different prices for different stores, with history and the date each price takes effect.

  • 02

    Promotions and coupons

Offer rules you can test before you publish them. The result is the same at the till and on the server.

  • 03

    Shelf labels

Print shelf-edge labels in batches, straight from the prices you have published.

  • 04

    Receiving with lots and expiry

Check deliveries against the order, record lot numbers and best-before dates, and see what is about to expire.

  • 05

    Stock counts and waste

Count with a handheld in the aisle. Record waste and see where the difference comes from.

  • 06

    Transfers between stores

Move stock from one store to another and track it until it arrives.

  • 07

    Orders to suppliers

Create orders per store, follow them to delivery and match them with what was received.

  • IN PILOT

    Demand forecasts

A statistical model suggests how much to order per product and store, and it is checked against past data. You make the decision.

  • 09

    Roles and history

Each user sees only their own store. Changes are recorded: who, what and when.

WHEN THE INTERNET DROPS

The till keeps selling.

Each till holds the catalogue, prices and promotions locally. A bad connection stops being a reason to stop a queue.

What it does not do offline

  • Redeeming loyalty points or balances
  • Paying with a prepaid balance

These need a live answer to be safe. Points earned during an outage are applied once when the connection returns.

  1. 1

    It keeps scanning and pricing

Products, prices and promotions come from the package stored on the device.

  2. 2

    Cash sales continue

Within a limit you set, the till sells for cash and issues the receipt as soon as the connection returns. Above the limit it asks for a supervisor.

  3. 3

    Everything catches up

When the store is back online, sales are sent once, in order, with nothing counted twice.

FOR YOUR SHOPPERS

Shorter queues, easier shelves.

The same catalogue and prices power the screens your shoppers use.

  • IN PILOT

    Self-checkout

A kiosk for shoppers, with a supervisor console for the staff member who looks after several stations.

  • IN PILOT

    Scan and Go

Shoppers scan with their phone while they walk the aisles and pay at the exit.

  • IN PILOT

    Find a product

A store map that shows where a product is on the shelf.

These screens are being piloted. Talk to us before you plan a rollout.

CONNECTED

It works with what you already use.

Every outside system sits behind its own adapter, so a provider can change without touching the till.

  • AADE through an e-invoicing provider

Receipts and credit notes sent through a certified provider. Simply is first.

  • Card terminals

Card payments through the terminals your stores already have.

  • mAI Loyalty

Points and member discounts at the till.

  • Printers and scales

Thermal receipt printers, scales, cash drawers and customer displays.

QUESTIONS

Common questions.

Which devices does the till run on?

On Android tablets and phones. It is built on SmartCashier, which is already used in Greek shops, and it can use a Windows helper for printers, scales and cash drawers.

Is it connected to AADE?

Yes, through an e-invoicing provider, with Simply first. We test against the provider’s test environment before any store goes live.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The till keeps scanning, pricing and applying promotions, and can sell for cash within a limit you set. Loyalty redemption and prepaid balances wait for the connection.

Can it handle several stores?

Yes. Prices, promotions and users are set centrally. Each store, till and user sees what they are allowed to see.

Does it read scale labels?

Yes. Labels from a scale, with the weight or the price inside the barcode, are read at the till. The format is set per store.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Ask for a demo and we will show it with a sample store. Until a store goes live, receipts are issued in test mode and are labelled that way.
